About the Program Directors:

Heather Ridsdale:  I began my adventure as the mother of a newly diagnosed child on the autism spectrum. Over the past 4 years I have experienced the joys and challenges of having been blessed with the gift of an autistic child. I educated myself by absorbing every book or article I could get my hands on and attending every session, course, and conference I could go to. I felt there was a real lack of opportunity for youth on the spectrum to socialize with their peers. I am excited to help new friendships develop in the Foothills area.

Caroline St-Pierre: I have had the privilege of working with children with disabilities and their families for the past 7 years as an aide in public and seperate schools, and as an in-home developmental aide. The past 5 years have been primarily focused on children with autism. The overwhelming need for children in this area to have social opportunities has led us to develop this group. I look forward to meeting all the families.
