Yoga & Chats: Summer Vision Boards

The first half of this activity will focus on moving our bodies through a series of yoga practices. Afterwards, we will connect with one another chatting and creating vision boards! The Clubhouse has lots of arts supplies that we can use, but members are also welcome to bring pictures of items that they would like to put on their boards. 

The goal of this program is to:

• Learn how different music can affect thoughts/feelings which can be expressed through visual art
• Increase physical literacy and activity levels through low-impact movements
• Increase knowledge and appreciation for intentional self-care practices
• Provide a safe space for discussion of any appropriate topics and

general socialization

Members are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats and wear active

clothing

• Clubhouse Fee: $15
• 2 hours respite care fee
