Notice of Annual General Meeting (the "AGM")

To the Members of the AUTISM ASPERGER FRIENDSHIP SOCIETY OF CALGARY ("AAFS"):

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Members of AAFS will be held at the AAFS Clubhouse, 8228 Macleod Trail SE, Unit #220, Calgary, AB on Thursday May 28, 2026 at 7:00 pm. The purpose of the AGM is to review and approve the following business:

1. Welcome & Call to Order
2. Appoint the secretary for the meeting
3. Confirm Quorum
4. Approve the minutes of the 2024 Annual Meeting held on June 23, 2025
5. Receive the report of the Co-Chairs
6. Receive the report of the Treasurer
7. To approve the Audited Financial Statements
8. To approve the Auditors for the year 2025/2026
9. Receive the report of the Interim Executive Director
10. Election of the board of directors
11. Adjourn

All members are encouraged to attend the meeting, and all members in good standing are eligible to vote at the meeting, in person. Copies of the Audited Financial Statements are available from the AAFS office.
